We keep a permanent core team and take a rotating group of civil engineering interns on our active projects. Interns here are not kept in an office — they are on site, in the measurement book, and in front of the departmental engineer.
For B.Tech / diploma civil students. Six to twelve weeks on a live government building project, covering layout and levels, reinforcement and shuttering checks, concrete and material testing, measurement recording and billing, and departmental correspondence.
What we look for: willingness to be on site in all weather, legible record-keeping, and basic AutoCAD and Excel.
For civil engineers with one to five years of building experience, preferably on government works. Responsible for day-to-day execution, labour and material coordination, quality checks, measurement and progress reporting.
Useful to have: familiarity with departmental measurement practice, PWD-style specifications and site documentation.
