The firm
Shree Krishna Builders is a proprietorship based in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, registered as an A+ class government building contractor. Established in 1985 by the previous generation, the firm has delivered more than two hundred government works over four decades and is today run by Sahaj Bedi as Director.
The firm grew the way lasting contracting firms do — one measured, certified, paid-for work at a time. What began with departmental jobs in the Moradabad region has become a record that spans institutes and colleges, health centres, public housing, bus stations, offices and water works across western Uttar Pradesh, for clients ranging from the U.P. Police and UPSRTC to the Housing, Health, Urban Development, Minority Welfare and Homeguards departments.
Two things have not changed in four decades. Our work is entirely in the public sector: we tender to state departments and government corporations, we win on our own registration and financial standing, and we execute with our own site organisation. And we keep our word to the department: we do not front for other firms, and we do not take work we cannot staff.

Run today by Sahaj Bedi as Director — the same A+ class registration, two hundred-plus works delivered, and a standing site organisation of engineers, supervisors and labour.

Enrolled with CIDC — the apex body set up by the Planning Commission and the construction industry to raise standards across Indian construction.
Member of the Indian Buildings Congress, the national body of building professionals promoting excellence in the built environment.
How we are organised
Decisions on tendering, procurement and programme sit with the Director. Officers dealing with us are dealing with the person who can commit the firm, not an intermediary.
Each active site carries its own engineer and supervisory staff, supported by a standing labour force and a rotating group of engineering interns.
Long-standing relationships with material suppliers, steel fabricators and specialist vendors in the Moradabad–Bareilly–Delhi belt let us hold programme when a schedule tightens.
Measurement books, test certificates, bills and dated site photography maintained continuously — the documentation department reviews depend on is prepared before it is asked for.
