We take on building and allied civil works for government departments and corporations, and have delivered them in more than 35 districts of Uttar Pradesh. The scope below reflects work we have executed ourselves rather than work we would sublet.
Multipurpose sports halls and complexes, public offices, institutional blocks. Includes RCC framed structures and long-span self-supported / pre-engineered roofing, fabricated off site and erected with crane.
EWS and government scheme housing, executed in blocks with services and external works.
Departmental staff quarters to standard types — Type II, Type III and above — complete in all respects including services and finishes.
Campus boundary walls, gates and enclosures, including work in constrained conditions and across acquired or contested alignments.
Earth filling and levelling, internal roads, drainage, water supply, campus electrification and landscaping where sanctioned.
Internal electrification, plumbing and sanitary installation, UPVC and aluminium doors and windows, flooring, tiling, plaster and paint.

What we bring to site
Qualified site engineers and experienced supervisors on every active work, with the Director directly overseeing programme and quality across sites.
A standing labour force across trades — shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, finishing — that has built with us across projects, not hired fresh at each site.
Our own shuttering, scaffolding and site plant, so mobilisation does not wait on rentals and the pace of concrete is ours to control.
Established fabricators and erection crews for structural steel and long-span roofing, executed with crane under our supervision.
